I want to take a minute as I work my body to sleep… to remind all of you of some things about headaches and migraines. Please take the time to do forward bends sitting up and on your back. Please take time in plow or ear pressure pose. When it is not a pulsing pain, try to do some sun salutes. Drink peppermint tea and coffee if you absolutely have to , otherwise black tea. Rub rosemary, lavender, peppermint oils and white flower oil on your temples/ top part of the back of your neck, forehead where it hurts… and rest.
